INFECTION-RELATED POLICIES
If you are showing signs and symptoms of COVID-19 or other contagious infections on the day of your appointment, please notify the office ASAP. This is to protect the safety of our patients and staff.
1. In-person office visits are available. Masking is requested if you are sick.
2. Telemedicine appointments are available and may be requested online or via telephone. Dr. Tran uses an encrypted secure app called Healow. It requires an app download if using it on your mobile device but may be used in your computer browser without downloading the app.
3. Standard disinfection protocols for our patient consultation rooms after every patient encounter.
4. Screening questions for each patient visit to ensure safety of patients and staff.
